Cape Abilities: A non-profit organization providing job placement assistance, residential services and therapeutic services for individuals with developmental disabilities on Cape Cod. We believe people with disabilities have individual skills and personal characteristics that allow them to grow, develop and live quality lives when given the needed support and resources.

Cape Abilities is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization on Cape Cod. Founded in Orleans in 1968 as Nauset Workshop, we now serve people with disabilities from Bourne to Provincetown.
