This annual fundraising event is a fun day of golf to benefit and raise money to create more life-changing opportunities for hundreds of individuals with disabilities on Cape Cod. These opportunities are the touchstone that drives the services and supports offered by Cape Abilities. For fifty years, this agency has provided enriching, high quality services, coupled with diverse community opportunities that empower our participants to achieve meaningful and valued roles in society. And we just can’t do this work without your support.
