Green Beans With Peppers and Onions
This is a delicious recipe for a summer treat that will spice up the fresh green beans you buy at Cape Abilities Farm. To
INGREDIENTS:
16 ounces cooked green beans
1 red bell pepper, sliced in strips
1 yellow or orange bell pepper, sliced in strips
1 small onion, sliced
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper
Directions:
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add green beans, peppers, onion, and garlic. Cook slowly, stirring, until peppers are crisp tender, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
