Oysters in Tomato Water

Oysters with Tomato Water
Ingredients
A dozen oysters
Six tomatoes
Salt
Chop up the tomatoes then lightly salt them.
Push the juice through a coffee strainer. It should come out clear.
Place the juice in a fine sieve.
Let stand for 24 hours in a refrigerator.
Directions
Shuck oysters then place a spoonful of tomato water on each raw oyster and serve
