Pepper – Cubanelle

This is the standard early, open-pollinated, frying type. 7 in. long fruit have a slight taper from 2½ in. shoulders to a rounded end and are somewhat creased into 3 lobes. They ripen from yellow-green to orange-red and have fairly thin walls for quick cooking. (from Harris Seeds)
