Squash -Galeaux D’Eysine

This unique squash is pink with beige bumps that resemble peanuts covering its surface, making this pumpkin-like squash truly unique! It’s not only a variety for fall decoration but it is also has a very high quality, orange flesh. The sweet, moist flesh of Galeaux d’Eysines is great for baking and is also used in soups.
