Sugar Snap Peas With Mint
This is a spritely dish for a hot night. Sure to add a dose of sweetness to your meal.
Ingredients
2 teaspoons olive oil
3/4 pound sugar snap peas
3 chopped green onions
1 chopped clove garlic
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
DIRECTIONS
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the peas, onion, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for 4 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in the mint leaves.
