Life Skills at Cape Abilities
The Life Skills program at Cape Abilities enhances the quality of life for the people we support through a variety of therapeutic approaches.
Cape Codders with disabilities take part in activities designed to maintain and improve skills for daily living, communication, personal safety, and wellness. The Life Skills program provides Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy services along with opportunities for a wide variety of classes and programs to fit participants’ individual needs.
Our various programs include: cooking, music, horse therapy, horticultural therapy, exercise classes, food shopping, community volunteering and many other activities.
