Community Employment Services

The Community Integrated Employment Services program at Cape Abilities offers vocational supports to help individuals achieve and maintain jobs that are compatible with their skills.

Among the supports available are assessments, resume writing, career planning, job development and placement, onsite training and coaching.

Individuals may also receive help in applying for and maintaining auxiliary services. This program operates under the direction of the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission Statewide Employment Services Department.
