Interested in being a Cape Abilities volunteer? We have a wide variety of opportunities available across Cape Cod. You can make the difference in the life of a person with a disability.

Volunteer opportunities range from regular weekly appointments to one-time special events.

Share your skills and your hobbies with someone at Cape Abilities. Volunteers can help someone learn to garden, cook, paint, take photos or use a computer. You can help plan a holiday party, lead an exercise class, or join the mall walkers’ morning stroll.
