Farm to Table Manager
Full-time seasonal position managing our Farm to Table market in Chatham. Duties include supervising staff, overseeing inventory and pricing, training employees, networking with community, educating community on the mission of Cape Abilities and working with school to provide work opportunities for students in special needs vocational program. BA preferred; 2-5 years of experience in managing or owning a business required.

Residential Instructors
Full-time, part-time and relief positions available in Mid & Lower Cape for weekday evenings, weekends and overnight shifts. Must be able and willing to provide custodial care, assist individuals in attending medical appointments, follow ISP goals, behavioral plan, community-based activities scheduling, and other duties as outlined in job descriptions. All new employees must obtain First Aid, CPR, MAP certification and Human Rights training.

Van Driver
Relief van drivers for Hyannis and Eastham-based routes. MA driver’s license, safe driving record, CORI, pre-employment and random drug testing and sensitivity towards people with disabilities required. Split shifts – AM hours: 6:30 – 8:30; PM hours 2:30 – 5:00 available.
