Eastham Police 10.15.15With fall in full swing, Cape Abilities Life Skills members in Eastham volunteered to make sure that the Eastham Police Barracks look their autumnal finest!

Chief Edward Kulhawik agrees: “It looks just great! Thanks for your time and commitment to our facility!! Much appreciated!!”

This is an annual event for participants at our Cochran Center in Eastham, with a planting in the summer and clean up of the grounds in the fall.   And with no strings attached – just a true sense of community volunteerism motivates our folks to complete this fine work.

IMG_0973“Cape Abilities has been a great partner to the town of Eastham and specifically to the Eastham Police Department, ” said Chief Kulhawik.  “Not only are we honored and grateful to have the plantings and clean-ups done by these participants, we truly appreciate our relationship and look forward to continuing it for years to come.”

The town of Eastham, and Chief Kulhawik and his entire staff are also big supporters of one of our entrepreneurial businesses, Cape Abilities Vending,  and our annual “Light It Up Blue” Autism Awareness initiative. We are truly grateful for their continued support.

Congratulations to James Violette, Dan Gough, Laymon Clark, Aimee Jamieson, Nick Degrandis, Steve McDonald, Jeff Nickerson, Mike Rogers, Liz Chang, Ross Williamson, and Jeanne Uges on a job well done!
