There are unlimited opportunities to make a difference when you volunteer at Cape Abilities.  Share your skills and your hobbies with a specific volunteer position that assists our businesses, or you can help our participants in our day habilitation programs learn to garden, cook, paint, take photos or use a computer.

“I volunteer because I love knowing that I can do the littlest thing that can really make the biggest amount of difference. It makes me feel good.  It makes me fell enriched.” – Mary Flynn (above, right), part-time volunteer and frequent host/greeter of our Sensory Film Series in Chatham.

No matter how you volunteer, we know you can help change the lives of individuals we serve every day!
