The Residential Quality Specialist serves as a highly visible, energetic champion for quality programming within the Residential department. The overall responsibility and focus of this position is to assist the Director in guaranteeing excellence in all area-standards as well as person-centered care and individualized service. Targeted areas include health and safety of people served; financial integrity; environmental safety; community integration; planning and quality management. Other duties and responsibilities may evolve over time and may not be limited to essential job functions listed here in.

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Deep Knowledge of DDS and MRC regulations, including Licensing, Survey and Certification processes. Knowledge of HCSIS, including data entry. Minimum of three years of experience with quality assurance and compliance, and 3 years supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Must be self-driven in a team setting. Ability to work successfully, both independently and in a team environment. Experience with reading and understanding policies and regulations. Possesses high level computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Proficient in identifying, collecting, maintaining, and tracking information. Ability and willingness to provide hands-on personal care. Strong organizational skills. Must be able to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form. TRANSPORTATION

Transportation Supervisor – Hyannis

 40 Hours per week  Monday – Friday 

Together with the Director of Transportation, performs the upkeep of vehicle maintenance and other departmental records in order to ensure safe and efficient fleet operations. Acts as a liaison between drivers and the Director of Transportation. Performs light payroll duties and other reporting functions in the absence of, or by the direction of the Director of Transportation.

High school diploma. Must be at least 21 years of age. Prior fleet operation, automotive repair diagnosis, and route scheduling experience preferred. At least three years’ prior experience providing transportation services for individuals with disabilities preferred.1-2 years prior office experience with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and General Office Machines and Procedures.Valid driver’s license in the state of Massachusetts with proof of an excellent driving record for the past 5 years.Documented physical indicating fitness for job. Including the ability to physically lift/transfer individuals in and out of the vehicles and operate van lift apparatus.Strong organizational skills.Ability to follow directions and read maps.Familiarity with payroll, and other transportation management software programs.Must submit to drug/alcohol testing conducted by an independent laboratory certified under the National Laboratory Certification Program.Successful completion of all CCRTA and Agency mandated trainings required upon hire.

The Community Resource Specialist provides instruction, support, and serves as a positive role model to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, autism, acquired brain injury or other unique challenges. Provides support and assistant to program participants in the areas of pre-vocational/job preparation, socialization, community orientation/education, and wellness.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
