Minimum 6 years prior experience including 3 years residential management and staff management experience and 3 years supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, brain injuries or other unique challenges. Knowledge of regulatory compliance. Prior supervisory experience required. Ability and willingness to provide hands-on personal care. Strong organizational skills. Minimum 2 years prior experience in community health nursing, visiting nursing and/or nursing specific to individuals with unique developmental or traumatic brain injury challenges.
