Lisa RansomWe have made dozens of successful placements, allowing individuals who are challenged to know the satisfaction of earning their own paychecks. Businesses benefit by gaining loyal, dependable employees and tax advantages, so everyone wins.

The program places workers in a variety of community businesses, as well as in entreprenurial businesses developed and operated by Cape Abilities, including Cape Abilities Farm and Cape Abilities Consignment & Thrift Shop. Workers receive the degree of job coaching and support they need.

Individuals may also receive help in applying for and maintaining auxiliary services. This program operates under the direction of the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission Statewide Employment Services Department.
